NOTIFICATION

The 21st August, 2019

S.R.O. No.300/2019―In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

sub-section (1) and by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Warehousing Corporation Act,

1962 (Act 58 of 1962) and clauses (b) & (c) of rule 4 of the Odisha State Warehousing

Rules 1974, the State Government in Cooperation Department, in pursuance to Letter

No. 9009/P., dated the 17th August, 2019 of Planning & Convergence Department do

hereby appoint Shri Anup Sai, as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of

Odisha State Warehousing Corporation until further order.

This Notification supersedes the previous Notification of Cooperation Department.
