NOTIFICATION

The 21st August, 2019

S.R.O. No.301/2019― In partial modification of the Government of Odisha in

Cooperation Department No.3410/Coop., dated the 18th April, 2017 and pursuance of the

provisions of clause (iv) of the sub-section (1) and sub-section (6) of the Odisha

Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1956 (Odisha Act 3 of 1957), the State Government do

hereby withdraw the nomination of Additional District Magistrate, Cuttack as Member and

Chairman of regulated Market Committee, Kendupatna and nominate Sub-Collector,

Cuttack as Member & Chairman of RMC, Kendupatna, in his place until further orders.
