No.12095-PT3-WCD-CW-SCHM-0040/2015/WCD&MS.―In pursuance of sub-sections

(1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015,

read with rule 3 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016

and as recommended by the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack, the Juvenile Justice

Board, Cuttack is hereby reconstituted with the 5th Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-cum-

J.M.F.C., Cuttack as the Principal Magistrate of the Juvenile Justice Board, Cuttack in place

of the J.M.F.C., Cuttack in partial modification of this Department Notification No.17783,

dated the 15th October, 2018.

2. All other terms and conditions shall remain unaltered.
