S.R.O. No. 303/2019―In exercise of the power conferred by sub-sections 3, 4 & 5

of Section 4 of the Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982, Shri Sushant Kumar Bhoi,

Assistant Town Planner, BDA, Bhubaneswar is hereby deputed as such to Puri Konark

Development Authority, Puri on foreign service terms and conditions for taking up town

planning activities relating to development of urban infrastructure in and around Puri, with

immediate effect until further order.
