Finance Department No.11266-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043-2017/FIN., dated the 30th March,

2019, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 661 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the

30th March, 2019 bearing S.R.O. No 127/2019,–

(a) in paragraph 1 (e) of Annexure-I, for “FORM GST ITC-03” read “FORM GST

DRC-03”; and

(b) in paragraph 1 (d) of Annexure-II, for “ FORM GST ITC-03” read “FORM

GST DRC-03”.
