Department

of

Water

Resources have reconstituted a Bridge Design Cell in their letter No.14748/WR., dated the

10th July, 2019 under the Chairmanship of E.I.C. Rural Works, Rural Development

Department.

And, whereas, the Committee of Cell will examine and approve the construction and

modification (drawing & design) of all bridges in the State.

It is therefore, decided that the same shall also be applicable to all IWAI bridge

proposals pertaining to development of National Waterways in the State.
