NOTIFICATION

The 31st August, 2019

No.30044–FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0006/2019/F.―Shri Rupa Narayan Das, O.F.S. (SG),

Special Officer-cum-Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department is hereby

promoted to the rank of O.F.S. (Superior Administrative Grade) in the Scale of Pay of

Rs.1,27,100 to 2,16,300/- in the level 16 of Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 on

ad hoc basis for a period not exceeding one year or till his retirement or till his promotion is

made regular in consultation with Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack, whichever

is earlier.

On promotion to O.F.S.(Superior Administrative Grade), he is posted as Additional

Secretary to Government, Finance Department.

The order shall come into force with effect from 1st September, 2019.
