No. 1650–HUD-HU-HR-0005/2018HUD.―In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 45, sub-section (3) of Section 46 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) and sub-rule (5) of rule 28 of the Odisha Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Rules, 2017, the State Government is pleased to appoint Shri Ishan

Kumar Das as Judicial Member and Shri Malay Chatterjee as Technical / Administrative

Member of Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (OREAT) with effect from the date of

their assuming office.
