RESOLUTION

The 6th September, 2019

In supersession of the Health & Family Welfare Department Resolution No. 34408,

dated the 19th December, 2007, after careful consideration, Government have decided

that doctors upto the age of 70 years shall be appointed on contractual basis as

Consultant Physicians / Consultant Specialists subject to their physical fitness and in

relaxation of the stipulations contained in G.A. Department Resolution No, 23750, dated

the 27th August, 2014. This has been concurred in by Finance Department in their File

No. FIN-SOS3-ESTT-0020-2019 and by General Administration Department at noting 21

of Health & Family Welfare Department file No. HFW-MSI-ESTT-0078-2019.
