NOTIFICATION

The 12th September, 2019

No.13751-09681700082019/FS&CW─In pursuance of Section 16 of National Food

Security Act, 2013, read with rules 3, 4 and 5 of Odisha State Food Commission Rules,

2016, Government, on the recommendation of the Search Committee constituted for the

purpose, do hereby appoint Shri Digvijay Nath Padhi as Member of the Odisha State Food

Commission.

The appointment will come into effect from the date the Member actually assumes

the Charge of Office.
