NOTIFICATION

The 18th September, 2019

No. 2221/C.—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of Cr. P. C. 1973

(Act. 2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint the following 6 (Six) officers as

Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Jharsuguda for maintenance of law and

order for a period of 6 (six) months in Jharsuguda Sub-division area.

2. Sri Ajay Ku. Jena, Dist. Information & Public Relation Officer, Jharsuguda

3. Sri Dillip Kumar Patel, Executive Officer, Brajarajnagar Municipality

4. Sri Rama Chandra Pradhan, Executive Officer, Jharsuguda Municipality

5. Sri Lokanath Tiwari, Executive Officer, Belpahar Municipality

6. Sri Sunil Kumar Mishra, District Sub-Registrar, Jharsuguda
