NOTIFICATION

The 19th September, 2019

No. 3096−OLLC-OE-I-23/2019/OLLC.— In pursuance of P&C Department Letter

No.9815(9)/P, dt.04.09.2019 and letter No.9923(9)/P., dated 07.09.2019, Shri Janmejaya

Lenka, has been appointed by Government as Advisor of Odia Language, Literature &

Culture Department. He is conferred with the status of Principal Secretary of State with

following role and responsibilities as the Advisor-

1. He will take direct independent feedback from beneficiaries of different schemes

of the Department especially focusing on State initiatives.

2. He will give feedback, observation and suggestion to the Hon’ble Minister of the

Department for better implementation of the Schemes.

3. He may participate in ceremonial functions and occasions when duly authorized

by the Hon’ble Minister of Department.

4. Any other function as delegated by Hon’ble Chief Minister from time to time.
