NOTIFICATION

The 20th September, 2019

S.R.O. No.319/2019— In pursuance of Section 20B of the Specific Relief Act, 1963

(47 of 1963), the State Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High

Court of Orissa, do hereby designate the Courts of Civil Judges (Senior Division) of all

Stations (Principal Court) in the State as Special Courts to try suits under the said Act in

respect of contracts, relating to infrastructure projects, within their respective territorial

jurisdiction.
