The 24th September, 2019

No.42321─HOME-CPM-CASEI-0138/2019/H.— In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (32 of

2012), the State Government in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Orissa,

designate the following Courts of the session in the Schedule given below to be special Court to try

the offences under the said Act which have been established vide notification No. 9816 dated the

20th September, 2019 of the Government of Odisha in Law Department published in the

Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette bearing No. 1807, dated the 21st September, 2019.
