S.R.O. No.346/2019—In exercise of powers conferred under section 33 of the

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act 3 of 1959) the State Government do

hereby delegate powers of the Board of Revenue under sections 6-D, 15 and 25 of

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 in favour of Sri Subhakanta Mishra, Addl.

Commissioner, Addl. Revision Court, Bhubaneswar with effect from the date he assumed

the charge as such.
