NOTIFICATION

The 25th September, 2019

S.R.O. No.348/2019—In exercise of powers conferred under section 33 of the

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act 3 of 1959) the State Government do

hereby delegate powers of the Board of Revenue under sections 6-D, 15 and 25 of

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 in favour of Sri Nihar Ranjan Dash, OAS (SAG),

Addl. Commissioner, Settlement & Consolidation, Cuttack with effect from the date he

assumed the charge as such only till posting of a regular officer.

He shall also exercise powers conferred under clause (h) of Section 2 read with

Section 33 of Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land

Act,1972.
