No.2336/C.—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of Cr.P.C.1973

(Act.2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint 46 (forty-six) Officers as per the

list annexed as Special Executive Magistrates in the District of Bargarh for smooth conduct

of Bye Election to 2-Bijepur Assembly Constituency, 2019 in Bargarh District till completion

of the Bye Election 2019 in 2-Bijepur Assembly Constituency.
