NOTIFICATION

The 1st October, 2019

S.R.O. NO.345/2019—Whereas, the Sub-Collector, Baliguda was appointed as

Administrator of G. Udayagiri NAC vide this Department Notification No. 31215/HUD.,

dated the 7th December, 2018 to exercise the powers and perform the functions of

G. Udayagiri NAC during the interval between the expiry of the term of the office of the

Councillors till date of the first meeting of the newly elected Councillors;

And, whereas, the District Magistrate & Collector, Kandhmal vide Letter No. 3874,

dated the 13th September, 2019 has intimated that the Sub-Collector Baliguda incharge of

Administrator, G. Udayagiri NAC in the mean time transferred.

Now, in supersession to this Department Notifications No. 31215/HUD., dated the

7th December, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of

Section 401 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the State Government

do hereby appoint B.D.O., G.Udayagiri as the Administrator, to exercise the powers and

discharge the duties of the G. Udayagiri NAC in addition to his own duty until further orders.
