S.R.O. No.358/2019—In exercise of powers conferred under clause (h) of

Section 2 read with Section 33 of Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of

Fragmentation of Land Act,1972, the State Government do hereby delegate the powers of

Consolidation Commissioner in favour of Sri Chandramani Badnayak, OAS (SAG),

In-Charge Commissioner, Consolidation, Bhubaneswar with effect from the date he

assumed the charge .
