NOTIFICATION

The 23rd October, 2019

S.R.O. No.398/2019— Whereas, Home Department has placed the services of

Smt. Sabita Das, Deputy Registrar, Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, at

the disposal of Revenue & Disaster Management Department after obtaining due

consent of Hon’ble Orissa High Court vide their notification No. 44935,

dated 15.10.2019;

Now, therefore the State Government, in exercise of powers conferred under

sub-section (1) of Section 52 read with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Right to

Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) do hereby appoint Smt. Sabita Das as the

Presiding Officer of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Cuttack.
