NOTIFICATION

S.R.O.No.399/2019—Whereas, Home Department has placed the services of

Shri Laxminarayan Ray Choudhury at present C.J.M, Sundargarh at the disposal of

Revenue & Disaster Management Department after obtaining due consent of Hon’ble

Orissa High Court vide their notification No. 44741, dated 14.10.2019;

Now, therefore the State Government, in exercise of powers conferred under

sub-section (1) of Section 52 read with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) do hereby appoint Shri Laxminarayan Ray Choudhury as the

Presiding Officer of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Berhampur.
