NOTIFICATION

The 25th October, 2019

S.R.O.No.379/2019—Whereas, the Additional District Magistrate, Puri was

appointed as Administrator of Konark NAC and Nimapara NAC respectively vide this

Department Notification No. 26378 /HUD., dated the 29th September, 2018 to exercise the

powers and perform the functions of Konark and Nimapara NAC during the interval

between the expiry of the term of the office of the councillors till date of the first meeting of

the newly elected councillors;

And, whereas, the G.A. & P.G. Department in the meantime vide Notification

No. 22344, dated the 8th August, 2019 has posted Shri B.K. Das OAS (S) as Additional

District Magistrate (R&R), Puri and Shri P.K. Sahoo OAS (S) as Additional District

Magistrate, Puri.

Now, therefore, in supersession to this Department Notifications No. 26378 /HUD.,

dated the 29th September, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (5) of Section 401 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the

State Government do hereby appoint Additional District Magistrate(R&R), Puri and

Additional District Magistrate, Puri as the Administrator, to exercise the powers and

discharge the duties of Konark NAC and Nimapara NAC respectively in addition to their

own duties until further orders.
