NOTIFICATION

The 25th October, 2019

S.R.O. No.380/2019— Whereas, the sub-Collector, Bolangir was appointed as the

Administrator of Patnagarh NAC vide this Department Notification No. 11947/HUD., dated the

11th July, 2019 to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Patnagarh NAC during the

interval between the expiry of the term of the office of the Councillors till date of the first

meeting of the newly elected Councillors;

And, whereas, the District Magistrate & Collector, Bolangir vide Letter No. 1004, dated

the 11th September, 2019 has intimated that in the meantime sub-Collector Patnagarh has

joined on duty on 26th August, 2019 and for smooth administration, Sub-Collector, Patnagarh

may be appointed as Administrator of Patnagarh NAC in place of sub-Collector Bolangir;

Now, therefore, in supersession to this Department Notification No. 11947/HUD., dated

the 11th July, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 401

of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the State Government do hereby

appoint Sub-Collector, Patnagarh as the Administrator, to exercise the powers and discharge

the duties of the Patnagarh NAC in addition to his own duty until further orders.
