NOTIFICATION

The 25th October, 2019

S.R.O. No.381/2019—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of

the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State

Government, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 27485-FIN-CT1-TAX-0072/2017,

dated the 16th September, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1529 of the

Odisha Gazette, dated the 16th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 412/2017,

namely:—

In the said notification, for serial number 1 and serial number 2 and the entries

relating thereto, the following serials and entries against those shall be substituted,

namely:—

“1. Shri Ananda Satpathy, Special Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and

2. Shri Gopal Krishna Pati, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, Bhubaneswar.”
