NOTIFICATION

The 28th October, 2019

No.2035-HUD-HU-HR-0003/2018/OUHM—In pursuance of Notification No. 1540/A,

dated the 18th October, 2019 of the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack, Home

Department placed the services of Shri Bijaya Kumar Jena, at present Additional District

and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Berhampur, with Government in

Housing & Urban Development Department for his appointment as the Adjudicating Officer

under Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) vide their Notification No.

46627/HS., dated the 23rd October, 2019.

Accordingly Shri Bijaya Kumar Jena is appointed as Adjudicating Officer, ORERA

under foreign services terms & conditions.
