The 29th October, 2019

No.36609-FIN-CT2-ESTT-0020/2017/F.— In pursuance of clauses (b), (c) and (e)

of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Odisha Act 4 of

2005), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri Asim Kumar Dalbehera, a member of

Odisha Judicial Service as the 1st Judicial Member of Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack

against the vacant post in Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack.

The period of deputation of Shri Asim Kumar Dalbehera, OSJS shall not ordinarily

exceed three years from the date he joins in the post.

This will come into effect from the date Shri Dalbehera assumes the charge as

such.
