NOTIFICATION

The 4th November, 2019

S.R.O. No.400/2019— Whereas, Home Department has placed the services of

Shri Ashok Kumar Pahi, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Athamallick, at the disposal

of the Revenue & Disaster Management Department after obtaining due consent of

Hon’ble High Court vide their Notification No. 1541, dated 18.10.2019;

Now, therefore the State Government, in exercising the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of Section 52 read with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) do hereby appoint Shri Ashok Kumar Pahi as the Presiding

Officer of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Sambalpur.
