S.R.O. No.396/2019—Whereas, the Sub-Collector, Sundargarh was appointed as

Administrator

of

Rajgangpur

Municipality

vide

this

Department

Notification

No.30810/HUD., dated.03.12.2018 to exercise the powers and perform the functions

of Rajgangpur Municipality during the interval between the expiry of the term of the office

of the councillors till date of the first meeting of the newly elected councillors;

And, whereas, the Project Director, DUDA, Sungargarh vide letter No. 1371,

dated. 25.10.2019

has intimated

that Sub-Collector, Sundargarh in charge of

Administrator, Rajgangpur Municipality is junior to the Executive Officer now joined in

Rajgangpur Municipality.

Now, therefore, in supersession to this Department Notification No. 30810/HUD.,

dated. 03.12.2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of

Section 401 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the State

Government do hereby appoint the Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh as the

Administrator in place of Sub-Collector to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of

the Rajgangpur Municipality in addition to his own duty until further orders.
