No.38032-FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0024/2018/F.—Shri Ajay Kumar Swain,OFS (SAG),

FA-cum-Additional Secretary to Government , SS&EPD Department is hereby promoted to

OFS (Special Secretary Grade) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 1,35,100 to 2,16,800/- in the

level 17 in Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 on ad hoc basis for a period not

exceeding one year or till his retirement or till his promotion is made regular in consultation

with Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack whichever is earlier.

On promotion to OFS (Special Secretary Grade), Shri Swain is posted as FA-cum-

Special Secretary to Government, SS&EPD Department.
