NOTIFICATION

The 22nd November, 2019

S.R.O. No. 412/2019—In exercise of powers conferred under section 33 of the

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act 3 of 1959) the State Government do

hereby delegate powers of the Board of Revenue under sections 6-D, 15 and 25 of

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 in favour of Shri Prasant Kumar Senapati, Land

Reforms Commissioner, (In-charge) with effect from the date he assumed the charges as

such.

He shall also exercise powers conferred under Clause (h) of Section 2 read with

Section 50 of Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land

Act, 1972.
