conferred by Section 4 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act,

2015 [hereinafter referred to as “the Act”] read with rules 3 and 4 of the Juvenile Justice

(Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Additional Juvenile Justice

Board is hereby constituted for the Districts of Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and

Sundargarh as follows:—

the Districts of Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and Sundargarh respectively, excluding the

above mentioned jurisdiction.
