NOTIFICATION

The 29th November, 2019

No.52966-HOME-HC-CRTN2-0002/2018/HS.— In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act-II of 1974)

and all other powers under the said Act enabling the State Government in this regard and

on the recommendation of and in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, the State

Government do hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class at

Kirimira in the District of Jharsuguda with the headquarters at Kirimira with effect from the

date the said court functions.
