S.R.O. No.415/2019—In supersession of this Department Notifications No.1158/C.,

dated the 23rd May, 2017 and No.1616/C., dated the 31st July, 2017 and in exercise of

the powers conferred under section 3 (1) of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation)

Act, 2005, the State Government do hereby designate the Head of Special Armed Police,

Odisha as the Controlling Authority for purpose of this Act.
