No.38690-RDM-LAA-0003/2019/R&DM.—On the basis of the report of the
Commission of Inquiry headed by Hon’ble Justice Shri Bimal Prasad Das, Retired Judge of
Orissa High Court for better administration and governance of Shree Jagannath Temple
and its endowments and the safety and security of the Temple and the devotees,
Government of Odisha have taken up several projects under the Augmentation of Basic
Amenities and Development of Heritage and Architecture (ABADHA) Scheme in Puri town.
Lands are being acquired/ purchased under the provisions of the RFCTLAR&R Act.
In order to streamline and expedite the process, Government have been pleased to
set up a Special Land Acquisition Cell in Collectorate, Puri with following staffing pattern
and creation of posts.
