S.R.O. No.424/2019—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of the

Odisha Excise Act, 2008 the State Government do hereby exempt the payment of Excise

Duty under section 29 of the said Act on the sacramental wine of 5058 (five thousands

fifty-eight) bulk liters to be imported by the following Diocese of the State for religious

purposes during the year 2019-20 to the extent mentioned against each from M/s. Vinicola

(P) Ltd., Margaon, Goa, India subject to submission of Utilization Certificate for the

sacramental wine allowed during 2018-19.
