RESOLUTION

The 31st December, 2019

The clause 7 of Health & Family Welfare Department Resolution No. 8844, dt.26th

June, 2013 stands amended. The Clause 7 shall be read as follows:—

The Odisha State Medical Corporation shall be paid service charges upto 5% on

the procurement value by the Department to meet their recurring expenditure. In addition

to this service charges, it shall have also the following sources of revenue:—

a. Handling and testing charges of 1.5% of the value of goods supplied from the

Supplier.

b. The Bank Interest on surplus fund except the interest accrued out of the Government

scheme funds placed with the Corporation (Amended as per Resolution No-16847,

dated-23th June, 2018)

c. Liquidated Damages collected from the Supplier.

d. Tender Document Cost collected from the tenderer.

The remaining clauses of the above Resolution dated-26.06.2013 remain unaltered.

This Order will take effect from the date of issue.

ORDER

Ordered that the Resolution be published in an Extraordinary issue of the

Odisha Gazette.
