The 31st August, 2020

S.R.O.No.188/2020.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of

Section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act., 2019 (Odisha Act. 9

of 2019), the State Government do hereby appoint the 1st day of September, 2020 as the

date on which the provisions of Section 10 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax

(Amendment) Act., 2019, shall come into force.
