NOTIFICATION

S.R. O. No. 184/2023ʊIn exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of

Section (3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate

Shri ChoudhuryPrajnananda Das, OAS-A (JB), Tahasildar, TangiChoudwar to act

as Special Land Acquisition Officer for 3rd and 4th Line Between Salegaon &

Budhapank via Raja Athagarh and BhadrakNirgundi 3rd Line Project of Cuttack

District and to perform the functions of LA Collector under the said Act in addition to

his own duties with immediate effect until further orders.

The previous order designating Sri Ajay Kumar Mallick, OAS, Tahasildar,

Tangi Chodwar as LA Collector by this Department Letter No. 22360 dated

02.08.2021 is hereby withdrawn.
