NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No. 185/2023ʊIn exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section

(3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate Sri

Rajendra Kumar Acharya, OAS, Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Kendrapara to act

as Spl. LAO, Haridaspur-Paradeep New B.G Rail Link Project, Kendrapara and to

perform the functions of LA Collector under the said Act with effect from 31.01.2023

until further orders.

Earlier Notification No.16847 dated 09.06.2021 designating Dr.(Smt.) Hemalata

Bahalia, OAS, Group-A(JB), Tahasildar & Executive Magistrate, Kendrapara as

Special Land Acquisition Officer, Haridaspur-Paradeep New B.G. Rail Link Project,

Kendrapara is here by withdrawn.
