NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No. 186/2023ʊIn exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of

Section (3) of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby

designate Sri Rajnan Kumar Singh, ORS, Assistant Collector, Collectorate,

Jajpur to act as Land Acquisition Officer (Civil), Collectorate, Jajpur and to

perform the functions of LA Collector under the said Act with effect from the

issue of this notification until further orders.

The previous order designating Sri Ajay Kumar Panda, ORS, Assistant

Collector, Collectorate, Jajpur as LA Collector by this Department Notification

No. 25327 dated 29.07.2022 is hereby withdrawn.
