In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 93 (1) of the
Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, the State Government do
hereby withdraw an area measuring to Ac. 2.070 out of the total
notified area of Ac.10.220 of land in village- Siha, PS-Badachana
No.33 Tahasil-Darpan, Dist-Jajpur for construction of Darpani Branch
Canal under Rengali Right Canal System, Dhenkanal covered by
11(1) Notification No.490 dated 03.03.2022 of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013
issued by Collector, Jajpur & published in the extraordinary issue of
the
Odisha
Gazette
No.527 dated
25.03.2022 acquired
for
construction of Darpani Branch Canal under Rengali Right Canal
System, Dhenkanal of which possession has not been taken.
The land schedule is attached herewith.
