NOTIFICATION

The 9th February 2024

No. 1226—SDTE-HTE-HTE-I-0014/2023-SDTE.—In pursuance to sub-section (1) of

Section 3 of the NIST University, Odisha Act, 2023 (Odisha Act 01 of 2024), the State Government

do hereby establish a University to be known as the NIST University, Odisha, Berhampur for the

purpose of the said Act with effect from the 9th day of February, 2024.

ORDER—Ordered that the Notification be published in the extraordinary issue of the Odisha

Gazette for general information and copies be forwarded to all the Departments of the Government

and placed in the website of Skill Development & Technical Education Department.
