NOTIFICATION

The 11th March 2024

No. 1724—MSME-IPE-MISC-0060/2019-MSME.—As required under provisions of Para. 5(B)

of Odisha Procurement Preference Policy for Micro and Small Manufacturing Enterprises’ 2023,

notified vide MSME Department Notification No. 566-MSME., dated the 24th January 2024, the

State Government do hereby enlist following items/goods under Exclusive List :—

EXCLUSIVE LIST

(Annexure-B of the Policy)

(1) Agricultural Implements and Allied Products—

(i) Animal Driven Implements/Pedal Thresher/Power Thresher with 1 HP Motor/Power

Thresher-cum-Winnower with 1 HP Motor & Starter.

(ii) Hand Winnower

(iii) Groundnut Decorticator

(iv) Mandwa Weeder/Cono Weeder

(v) Seed Treatment Drum

(vi) Finger Weeder

(vii) Marker-8 Row

(viii) IADP Puddler

(ix) Parboiling Unit

(x) Trailers for Tractors

(xi) Deep Well Hand Pump

(2) Plastic Items—

(i) Water Storage Tank

(ii) PVC Pipes (all types)

(3) Precast Materials—

(i) All types of Precast items like Paver Tile/Paver Block

(ii) PSC Pole

(4) Road Safety Equipments—

(i) Safety Signage with Reflecting & Non-Reflecting Sheets

(ii) Road Barriers

(iii) Gloves

(iv) Safety Jackets of all types

(v) Multi Coloured Printed Tin Sheet

(5) Water Supply and Sanitation Items—

(i) Cesspool Tank without driving mechanism

(ii) Water Tank (Truck and Tractor mounted) without driving mechanism

(iii) Disinfectant Fluids such as Phenyl

(iv) Dustbins of all type (made up of any material)

(v) Trolley/Garbage Trolley

(vi) Wheel Barrow

(vi) Bleaching Powder

(vii) Alumina Ferric

(N.B. : Disinfectant Fluids such as Phenyl and Bleaching Powder shall not be treated

as “Exclusive List” items/goods for procurement by H. & F.W. Department and its

subordinate authorities such as OSMCL, Directorates and District Medical Authorities.)

(6) Metal Items—

Fencing products made of wire (all types)/G. I. Barbed Wire/Wire Mesh
