NOTIFICATION

No. 5416—In pursuance of Notification No. 8-97/91-PP-I., dated the 26th November 1993 of

the then Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India

read Letter No. F.No. 102-2/2024-PQD-PQ Open, dated the 9th February 2024 of Gol., Mo A and

FW, DA & FW, DPPQS, Faridabad, Haryana, the following officers of the Directorate of Agriculture,

Odisha are hereby notified for the purpose of issue of Phyto-Sanitary Certificate (PSC) in respect

of export of agricultural produces in agreement with the relevant provisions of International Plant

Protection Convention (IPPC), 1951. The officers by designation are authorized to inspect, fumigate,

or disinfect and grant Phyto-Sanitary Certificate in respect of agricultural plants, plant produces,

planting materials and other regulated articles as per Article-V of IPPC intended for export to other

countries :—
