2024, I, Sanjeeda Begum, W/o Shaik Ruku, Vill. Purbakhanda, P.O./P.S. Niali, Dist. Cuttack, Odisha

declare that, I have changed my name from "Sanjida Bibi" to "Sanjeeda Begum''. Henceforth, I

shall be known as Sanjeeda Begum for all purposes.
