The 20th March 2024

No. 2532—LESI-LL1-AR-0003/2024-LESI.—In exercise of powers conferred by the sub-rule(11)

under Rule 13 of the Odisha Unorganized Workers’ Social Security (Amendment) Rules, 2019,

the State Government do hereby appoint the Divisional Labour Commissioners as the ‘Appellate

Authorities’ of their respective jurisdictions to hear and decide the appeal petitions.
