No. 9973—HOME-PROS-APMT1-0001/2024-PROS.–In pursuance to Rule 4.3 and

Rule 16.1 of the Odisha State Prosecutions Service Rules, 1997, the State Government do hereby

appoint the following candidates who have come out successful in the competitive examination

conducted by the OPSC, as Cadre Public Prosecutor in Group-A of the Odisha State Prosecution

Service in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 67,700—2,08,700 in Level-13 under ORSP Rules, 2017 along

with the usual D. A. and other allowances as admissible under rules subject to final outcome of

the W.P.(C) No. 11719 of 2023.

2. Being appointed to the post of Cadre Public Prosecutor, they are posted to the places as

The above appointments are purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without
