NOTIFICATION

The 14th March 2024

S.R.O. No. 180/2024—The following retired Judicial Officer in the cadre of District &

Sessions Judge is hereby appointed as Chairperson of Permanent Lok Adalats (PUS) at the places

as mentioned against his name in the following table to exercise jurisdiction over the Revenue

Districts, as specified in the Notifications dated the 3rd February 2010 and No. 23, dated the 2nd

November 2019 of this Authority published in the Odisha Gazette (Extraordinary), for a period of

one year from the date of his joining in the post. He is hereby directed to join in his assignment on

the 18th March 2024 F.N. positively. As per the requirement of Rule 4 (1) of the Permanent Lok

Adalat (Other Terms and Conditions of Appointment of Chairman and Other Persons) Rules, 2003

(as amended), he is also directed to furnish an undertaking before joining his respective post that

he does not and will not have any such financial and other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially

his function as such Chairperson :—
