2023, I, Bharat Harijan, Address at Kotamal, P.O. Godal, P.S. Sinapali, Dist. Nuapada,

PIN-766108, have changed my surname from "Bharat Harijan'' to "Bharat Nial''. Henceforth, I shall

be known as Bharat Nial for all purposes.
