S.R.O. No. 302/2024ʊIn exercise of powers conferred in clause (g) of Section (3)

of RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013, the State Government do hereby designate Sri Biswajit

Mohanty, ORS, Assistant Collector, O/o the Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar to

act as Special Land Acquisition Officer, Sewerage Board, Bhubaneswar and to perform

the functions of LA Collector under the said Act until further orders.

The previous ordered signating Sri Hemendra Narayan Mohanty, OAS-A(JB),

Deputy Collector, Collectorate, Khordha as LA Collector by Revenue & D.M.Department

Notification No. 36513 /R&DM, dated 28.10.2022 is hereby withdrawn.
